Ahmad is a seasoned veteran with 25 years of experience in power management and semiconductor technologies. His career is defined by innovation, with numerous game-changing patents spanning system integration, packaging, audio, galvanic isolation, semiconductor devices, and digitally assisted analog technologies — including their application in battery management.

Beyond his role as a prolific inventor, Ahmad has held key executive positions in both business and technology development, blending deep technical insight with strategic vision. This rare combination enables him to not only create breakthrough technologies but also recognize their commercial potential.

Under his leadership, the company continues to push the boundaries of battery management, fueled by his unconventional thinking and commitment to shaping the future of the industry.

Robin graduated with honors with a degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Washington in Seattle. He has over 20 years of experience in Semiconductor Sales as well as 12 years of experience as an entrepreneur and business owner. He has great analytical as well as problem solving skills which has gained him multiple recognition awards from some of the major semiconductor companies. Having owned his own businesses over the years, he is very familiar with the operational challenges facing companies in today’s global economy. 

Tim has broad experience in sales and marketing leadership positions and a proven track record in developing multiple strategic accounts in various market sectors, such as automotive, industrial, computing and consumer electronics. Tim has served over 30 years in sales and operations with Global companies such as Cirrus Logic, Cypress Semiconductor ( Infineon ), including as vice president of Strategic Accounts and later as vice president of Worldwide Sales and Sales Operations. Tim also served as vice president of Sales for Avnera Corp. (Skyworks Solutions). In his earlier years in the Semiconductor industry, he served eight years in sales and marketing at Harris Corporation in Melbourne, Florida.
